Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now. Keep it up!

Hi WeiJian
the filling is sticky by nature because of the eggs and cornflour. Hence when you press the skin together with the filling in between, it sticks and hold the wanton together like a covalent bond. Try it
